Check out how Monkey Pen creates a husky through his process.
Step 1: The head with fluffy hair and spiked hair should be drawn first.

Step 2: Here sketch the sides of the head using the curved lines that are bent upwards and appear like hooks.

Step 3: Add right and left ears using triangular shapes followed by gentle spikes.

Step 4: Make the sides of the right face with sharp spikes.

Step 5: Create the left face with a similar type of spikes.

Step 6: Draw the inner ear inside each ear.

Step 7: Add detail within both the ears.

Step 8: Provide a ‘w’-shaped mouth with dashes like lines at the ends.

Step 9: Draw a wide curve to complete the mouth and add a U-shaped tongue with a vertical line in the centre.

Step 10: Illustrate a small, rounded triangle-shaped nose and two little bean shaped nostrils inside the nose separated by a tiny vertical line in the bottom that extends down.

Step 11: Make a steep, uneven line from the right-side face outline.

Step 12: Now extend a line from the left side of the face as well, to form the forehead.

Step 13: Draw thin lines on the forehead region, that lie parallel to each other. Also draw short diagonal lines below the forehead, splitting in two different directions.

Step 14: Create its neck and body with a few spikes followed by an inclined line.

Step 15: Then extend a small, curved line, built using gentle spikes.

Step 16: Draw its body on the right with spikes and curves.

Step 17: Draw its right front leg and paw with two parallel lines, then a U shape.

Step 18: Define its lower body outline with a small, spiked line, then include its left front leg.

Step 19: Complete its body at the back with tiny, curved lines.

Step 20: Add the paws of the hind legs, that look like incomplete ovals.

Step 21: Make the left thigh at the back with a C shaped curve built using mild spikes.

Step 22: Add a fluffy tail at the back with a C shaped curve composed of mild spikes.

Step 23: Include a few more spikes to complete the tail.

Step 24: Give vertical striped lines for the toes.

Step 25: Show soft fur covered by the body using gentle spikes.

Step 26: Make a few spikes that lie vertically.

Step 27: Add round eyes on both sides.

Step 28: Place a little circle for the pupil in each eye. Don’t forget to draw tiny dashes above the eyes, for the eyebrows.

Step 29: A friendly husky drawing is completed.
