Layer by layer, a simple tree transforms into a towering pine ready to stand proudly in any forest scene.
Step 1: First draw the top of the pine tree, which looks like a cone with tiny, sharp, needle-like leaves. The entire thing is called crown.

Step 2: Make the next layer of the tree which spreads out like a fan with slightly broader leaves.

Step 3: Create another layer of leaves lying below.

Step 4: Sketch a slightly broader layer of needle like leaves just behind.

Step 5: Draw the next set of leaves.

Step 6: Create another layer of leaves that is almost situated at the base.

Step 7: One more layer of leaves is added below.

Step 8: Draw the leaves that lie in the bottommost layer.

Step 9: Now draw the tree trunk using small curves that lie opposite to each other.

Step 10: Complete the tree trunk with curves at the bottom.

Step 11: Draw small straight lines for the tree’s bark.

Step 12: Hence the drawing of a pine tree is completed.
