How to Draw a Pomeranian – Easy Step-by-Step Dog Drawing for Kids

Create an adorable fluffy companion as Monkey Pen shows you how to draw a Pomeranian with easy shapes and beginner-friendly steps.

Step 1: To start, draw a little zigzag line for the fur on the head.

Step 2: Then add ears and fluffy side fur.

Step 3: Draw the left side of the hairy face.

Step 4: Draw zigzag lines of fur on the right side of the face.

Step 5: Make the inner ears in a “V” form.

Step 6: Inside both ears, draw some little lines of fur.

Step 7: Draw the nose, mouth and tongue. Don’t forget to add a little curve under the mouth.

Step 8: Add delicate fur touches on the right cheek.

Step 9: Add extra fur strokes to the left cheek.

Step 10: Draw a curving line from the lower right face.

Step 11: Draw the first front leg and paw which is short.

Step 12: Draw the body of the animal behind the face using fur.

Step 13: Draw the second front leg.

Step 14: Join the upper body curve and second leg by drawing some gentle fur strokes.

Step 15: Draw the back leg and paw.

Step 16: Draw the back body part.

Step 17: Draw the other back leg.

Step 18: Draw the furry tail by drawing some long fur lines on the back.

Step 19: Add some more fur strokes to complete the tail.

Step 20: Draw the inner tail fur, body and chest fur.

Step 21: Define the toes on the feet.

Step 22: Add eyebrows and eyes.

Step 23: Shade the eye leaving white highlights.

Step 24: A cute Pomeranian is ready for play.
