Step 1: First draw the dragon's head, including its nose and a horn.

Step 2: Add its mouth and lower jaw, below the nose.

Step 3: Complete the head at the back and the face outline.

Step 4: Include another small horn at the top of the head. Don’t forget to add the facial features such as nostril, teeth, and tongue on the face.

Step 5: Create a spiky mane that stretches down from the back neck of the animal.

Step 6: Beside the mane, draw a curly line for the back neck.

Step 7: Sketch the front neck and the body with a big curly line.

Step 8: Make another similar line near the previous one.

Step 9: Just beside it, draw a wide arc with a short, curved line above.

Step 10: From the middle of the arc, draw a long, curved line that extends horizontally until the back.

Step 11: Above the long line, draw five big circles in a row.

Step 12: Create inner circles inside the big circles.

Step 13: Add a curly tail above the last circle.

Step 14: Draw another curved line beneath the curly tail to make the rear part of the ship.

Step 15: Make a wavy line using big curves for the seawater.

Step 16: Draw an inner curly tail.

Step 17: Draw a long, curved line from the inner tail to create the rear part of the ship.

Step 18: Above the set of circles, draw a three-sided square with each side rounded and corners pointed.

Step 19: Draw a thin, horizontal rod-like design with ovals on either side.

Step 20: Above the rod shape, add a tubular shape vertically with a tiny oval at its tip.

Step 21: Draw some more wavy lines to show the water level.

Step 22: Add horizontal bands down the front neck and body.

Step 23: On either side of the circles, draw short curved lines. Also make long curved lines below the set of large circles.

Step 24: Draw a tiny circle at the centre of each big circle.

Step 25: Make a few lines from every centre towards the inner edges.

Step 26: Add a rectangular flag with a "V"-shaped tip towards the end.

Step 27: Extend long curved lines from the horizontal rod to the square.

Step 28: Draw the dragon’s eye in an oval shape. Don’t forget to include an eyeball, leaving the spaces for highlights.

Step 29: A legendary Viking ship drawing is over.
