Step 3: Slightly on the right, add two more circles touching each other.

Step 4: At the bottom, draw a few more circles.

Step 5: Right below, include a few circles.

Step 6: Towards the end, provide some more circles that offer a narrow look.

Step 7: Draw its hanging vine that appears like a coil from a half-oval.

Step 8: Draw an inner line for the vine.

Step 9: Add leaves for the vine from a small twig on the top with round edges.

Step 10: Include veins inside branching out from a central midrib that passes horizontally within the leaf.

Step 11: Below, draw two more leaves, slightly smaller, with tiny twigs.

Step 12: Add veins for the leaves. (Refer to step 10).

Step 13: Draw raindrop shapes one below the other, one smaller in size than the other, on the hanging vine. This indicates small leaves blooming.

Step 14: Add a central midrib for every leaf. On the other side, draw a coil-like design.

Step 15: A fresh bunch of grapes drawing is over.
